I want to return a product, how do I do it?

Once the order has been received and if you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order. However, the return policy does not include customised products. Personalised orders are those made to measure or with a special request from the customer. Including graphics.

Is there an after-sales service?

Yes.
If you have any queries you can write to us. You always have to be very careful with the fish, with the way they are handled and cared for so that they last a lifetime. All products are guaranteed for two years from the day the order is received, this cover does not apply in cases of misuse or accidental damage. In these situations a repair service will be offered at an applicable cost.

How do I store my jewellery?

We recommend that when you don't wear them with you, they should be kept in a cooler and stored in a hood in the cold. When they come into contact with air and light, they tend to fade and that is why they take on the black colour of oxide. However, if this happens, it can be recovered by cleaning with a silver cleaner or by scrubbing with water and dish soap and a little bicarbonate.

Can you clean my fish? In the sea too?

Yes.

But you should know that over time the silver oxidises in contact with the air. But there is a solution, it can be cleaned to recover its natural shine. Therefore, you can bathe with them as much as you want. We do recommend that in hot water or hot springs, neither gold nor silver should be used because in this case it does make the fish look bad and it is difficult to recover its shine.

The fish that are threaded are more delicate. They are those that contain minerals and silver fish. Because with use, the inner thread wears out. And it is the one that joins chain with stones. It tends to wear out and one day it will break, so we do recommend that it should be worn less often if possible.

I have placed an order, how long will it take?

All the fish are handmade. The preparation and delivery time is 10 to 15 days. If you need it for a specific date, let us know and we will try to make it possible.

What size ring do I have?

For open rings, it's easier because they can be adjusted. But if you want to buy a ring that you can't fit, you just need to get a ring that fits the size of the ring you want.

Take a ruler and measure it by the inner circumference.
