Production and shipping policy
Once the order has been placed, the production, shipping and delivery times are as follows:
Product in stock. The order will be prepared and sent between 24 and 48 hours.
Product under order. The processing and shipping process takes 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery terms
- National from 5 to 10 working days
- International 5 to 15 working days
All shipments are certified and have an online tracking number.
Return policy
Once you have received your order and if you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
However, the return policy does not include customised products. That is to say, those pieces made to measure or with a special request from the customer. Including engravings.

Return conditions

- The piece has not been used and must be returned in perfect condition.
- All packaging and accessories must be returned.

- The customer will be responsible for shipping and this must be done within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
- Once the return has been received, the refund will be effective within 7 working days using the original method of payment.

Warranty conditions and quality of parts
If within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the piece it is damaged, broken or has any defect, we will proceed to make an exchange free of charge.
All products are guaranteed for two years from the day the order is received, this coverage does not apply in cases caused by misuse or accidental damage. In these situations a repair service will be offered at an applicable cost.
