Most items are made to order. The average production time is 10 to 15 working days.

In periods of high production volume this period may increase.

Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail, when it is ready and shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with the digital tracking number.
In case of delay in the preparation of your order you will be informed by e-mail.

All pieces are handmade and sometimes the final result may differ slightly from the photographs shown on the website. This fact is inherent to our garments, which are handmade and unique.

In case you receive an item with any damage or deterioration.

In any case, if you process a return within the offered period and during the transport process the package is lost, a-mart will take care of it.
